There is no such thing as spot-reduction in regard to fat loss. 
You can’t choose where your body loses fat. It happens systematically all over and is usually determined by genetics. The only way to lose the pooch on your tummy, the love handles, the jiggle on your thighs, etc…. is to lower your TOTAL body fat. 
You can do this by eating clean in a caloric deficit, doing cardio and lifting weights. 
So keep in mind, there is no magical abdominal, butt, leg, or arm exercise (not even 100s of crunches!) that can whittle away belly fat or fat anywhere specifically on the body. =)
